Seeking Technology Partners

  • Apr 16, 2007

Overview

Established military software company is seeking Technology Partners not simply a collection of independent contractors or employees. These Technology Partners may invest or defer none, part or all of their fees or wages for an equity in the intellectual property and income position in our Limited Liability Company.

Significant funds in place upon delivery of applications as described below guaranteed by the US Government.

You should be willing to travel to Southwest and/or Northeast Florida on rare occasion. Client handling skills a plus but we will be primary interface. You should be available for work on or about 1August07. You will work wherever you desire including your home.

This is potentially a long term opportunity. The Projects cover only 2/3rds of the working individuals, a similar set of applications will need to be written for the remaining 1/3rd.

A Technology Partner will see the large opportunty and commit to it during all or part of the SDLC working whatever hours necessary to develop and install three applications. Time Is Of The Essence.

This is an opportunity to create a multi-million dollar company. The software applications are useable by military bases internationally and has no competition in either the Navy or the Army.

Interested Technology Partners should have some or all of the following identifiable credentials and attributes:

Software Deliverables

Very similar to a vacation tracking application and employee inbound-exiting application, the software will be written from "scratch", our company to own the Intellectual Property and the source code. We may use other software for various "pieces" such as digital signature and verification and barcoding.

The Projects have extensive Job Requirements documentation in place. Existing paper-based forms system to be replaced utilizing a pre-determined workflow of e-forms directed by Users via email to and through management for approvals/disapprovals of vacations and time off. GUIs, digital signing of requests and other e-forms, standardized reporting,

The software will take existing forms and turn them into e-forms so Users will be familiar with the interface. PDF may be used to send forms for management interaction via Exchange email. Links in emails will source back to stored document reporitories for Blackberry viewing and/or downloaded and approved/disaprroved with Blackberry. Client and my company have been involved in the pre-development of the Requirements for well over a year.

Reporting to allow for sorting. MS SQL databases to allow for inbound calls but no outbound data pulls in Version 1.0.

Opportunity Summary

Make no doubt about this, this software and its sales are the real thing. There are 20 other military clients within the same service and two additional Clients within each of the over 100 military bases . This represents only 25% of the potential of the marketplace.

The worst case scenario? You would receive your fees, if none deferred, over the years of 2007 and 2008. Existing funding for 2007 and 2008 exceeds $500,000.

This Project is not for the mildly interested, the intrigued or the casual wannabe. It is only for those who have the intellect, the ability to perceive risk and reward and the highly skilled, committed and driven. If you are truly interested in a major opportunty to grow your experiences, your wealth and your financial future:
